The great Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche (1939 - 1987) was a controversial Tibetan Buddhist Lama of the Kagyu lineage who came to the West.
Mind, you have to be careful what you believe. Sometimes it's better to consider everything on it's own merit, unless you know. All the major world religions are corrupt and distorted.
But, no one expects a vast blue pancake to fall on their heads!! Not only on your head but on everybodys head at the... same time. "The rain doesn't only fall on one person it falls on everyone".
It's a metaphor that points at Reality, and Reality is Real and Exists and is Spirit and is made of Perfect Pure Divine Love.
